About Wonder OT

Wonder OT embraces the inherent benefits of incorporating nature into occupational therapy sessions, as well as the ease of meeting families outside of a typical clinical setting to address therapeutic goals. The aim is to immerse ourselves in natural environments whenever possible. However, recognizing the unpredictable nature of Alaska's weather, we remain flexible. In instances of extreme weather, or when more suitable to meet family objectives, we may pivot to community or home-based spaces. This adaptive approach ensures that our therapy remains attuned to the unique needs and goals of each family.

Marisa typically works with children ages 2-18 years old with sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, self-regulation challenges, attention difficulties, coordination impairments, autism, and other diagnoses.
